Floor Plans
Floor plans can be delivered to you within 48 hours, they can include your company logo in the bottom left hand corner and we can even water mark your plans so they cannot be used by any other company
Drone Shots
Our drone shots can be used in many different ways but especially to highlight a property and its boundaries.
360 3D house tours tours are also something we can offer if required.

Video Films
A ‘taster’ video can often be used to show off a property to prospective clients via social media to pique peoples interest enough to want book a viewing.
The ideal video length for social media platforms is usually around one minute. This can be best described as a ‘taster’ video and usually involves more artistic shots and speed ramping combined with slowed down cinematic footage, with sharp editing, and an audio backing track, company logos and text to complete the look. We can offer both landscape and portrait drone footage so you have the ideal format for either your website or social media platforms
We can also produce 3D walk through videos from the Lidar floor plan scan, 3D videos can be a great way of showing a potential client how a property might look with furniture in place.
